"I have lost my patience !!! We worked with Shane, selected EcoTurf and although they werent the best priced, we were sold on the warranty they offered. Everything was fine, he arrived on time, answered all my questions. We had a few hiccups during the install but his installers were super prompt in addressing our concerns and everything was corrected. Ok...fast forward a year and a half later, my turf has lifted, the seam has separated and it's no longer on a flat leveled surface. I reached out to Shane via text March 5th, he sent someone to take a look at it and it was given a supposed fix. April 23, same issue so Shane told us that the warranty would cover, he had to submit the claim but due to Covid, we might have a delay. May 18th - another text was sent to Shane, he stated he was still awaiting a response from the warranty claim. July 1st, 2020- another text to Shane with him replying that he would just cover the replacement himself thru a different turf company, he would order the replacement and contact us when ready. Here we are August 11th, sent a text for an update - no reply. August 13th called the office, Michael took a message and still no call back. All these great reviews posted on the initial experience, sale and install but give it a few months, and no longer the same experience.
