While the product looked great -- I just had the grass removed approx a year following installation...I was assured by the kind and attendance saleswoman that she had also had dogs and the yard was safe, durable, cost effective, would not turn yellow, and most importantly was easy to manage and keep fresh and clean. This is where I feel extremely deceived. My grass was an unusable, bacteria filled, pungent, hole in my yard that would constantly smell. Especially when the sun hit the blades...Forget being cost effective. It was a constant source of embarrassment and required constant management ...If you have pets and actually want to use the yard. Stay away. It's a waste of $$$. I felt very deceived by the product and I just had it removed from my yard." - Alex K.

"The quality is not good no UV protection, the turf burnt after 3 weeks of installation. After long negotiations 3 months they came to fix the issues they installed a defected leftover piece with different color and different tone. They replaced the burnt piece which was 5”X12” by 4 pieces, they connected them and nailed them, the pieces are not even they look ugly as shown in the photos. Not recommended at all." - Magdy B.

"Contact was prompt and James was quick to bring over quality samples and set an almost immediate install date.  The quality of the turf is good and I love how it looks, however, install left much to be desired (they left a giant pile of dirt and rocks on my street, uncovered, which cars ran through and I had to sweep up at 7 am before they arrived the next day). It was scheduled to be a one-day job for my small square courtyard but they got there late so it took two. Not a problem other than the pile of dirt, but what was most disappointing is they assured me the yard would be level, (we had a slight dip in the middle), but the installers made no effort to level the yard. Promised he would send me a quote the next morning, after speaking to his foreman- and it's been a week and he completely ghosted me. If you didn't want the job for any reason, you could have said so? And no quote in the junk mail either. Don't waste your time scheduling a consult, and waiting around for an appointment, just to have a company make zero follow up with a quote.
