"We hired this company to do a small installation of turf grass. The owner/rep Joseph told us the product he was going to use was “non-directional” and that it was the newest product he had. Someone showed up to drop off the turf in the AM and just threw down the roll and drove off. The installers did not arrive until several hours later – they were supposed to arrive at 8 AM and did not show up until 11AM. They showed up late, they rushed the job, the misrepresented the product, they did very poor work and conducted themselves in a non-professional manner. They left corners and edges and seems all a mess. They did not clean up after themselves. The minute that we made complaints about the job, the owner reacted with a flippant and cocky attitude. The estimate said that they would grade and compact the ground under the existing turf, that they would remove all debris and trash. They did not such thing and the final product looked like a plastic lumpy carpet. Awful experience, awful product, awful customer service. DO NOT USE THEM. We are contacting the manufacturer of the product they claim to have installed as we think it might be a different product and not the same quality." - H. M.

Other companies did not even want to provide a quote since our job was under 300 sq. ft. Andrew came by to give us an estimate on a Saturday. Not on his original route nor in his usual area. He took his time to explain the different products and price points available. He left a couple of sample pieces so we could decide between shades and drainage designs. He gave us ample time to ask questions and prepared a quote.

Once we agreed to the contract, he gave us a window of time for the installation. Once installation day arrived, the first crew dropped off the products. The install crew came in shortly after and got busy. They did a great job and cleaned up not only the work area but the street, sidewalk and curb where they had parked. We were turning the dogs loose in the back and enjoying our upgrade by dinner.

"I really wanted to love my new turf, but unfortunately, I had a really bad and unprofessional experience with Albert and his team. During the installation (which seemed pretty rushed), the crew broke 2 of the garden lights in my front yard, which are wired below the grass. While this was an annoyance, how Albert dealt with it was even more frustrating. He insisted it was a "bad build" even though the entire house was just inspected and all the lights worked perfectly for 3 months in my new home until the exact day my turf was installed. Obviously not a coincidence. When I asked Albert to come back and fix it, he initially indicated that he would the following week, but now I can't even get him to respond to me. Considering I spent $8K for a one-day install from a supposed top-end company, I'd expect more professionalism than being flat-out ignored by my request to fix 2 lights the install team broke.
