"I can't speak to their work since it never got that far, but they're really bad at responding and following up which I was surprised at given their high rating. After a week of calling repeatedly I finally was able to talk to someone who said they'd stop by and provide a quote for the landscaping work I wanted done in the backyard. I mentioned I wouldn't be able to be there but the backyard is open. The person I talked to said it was fine and they would call if they have any questions. A week and a half after the day they were supposed to view the backyard I have yet to receive a call or quote. Every time I call I keep being told by their answering personal that they'll leave a message and someone will get back to me (no one ever does). They clearly don't need the business or new customers.

For anyone reading this review. If you don't hear back from them in a week I would recommend going elsewhere unless you have time to waste by repeatedly calling them." - Robert
