"I have had contractors work on my pool, around the pool, my roof, the deck, my kitchen, my bathrooms, painting inside and out, and the fences, but working with Tony Medeiros was the worst experience of them all.  I had him tear out the garage floor, the driveway, and two walkways, and replace them with smooth concrete in the garage and stamped concrete elsewhere...and stamped concrete mow strips along the front of the house and down along the fence.  The mow strips cracked the next day...13 cracks over 35 feet.  Tony was full of excuses..too narrow (wish he had told us beforehand!), too hot, stamped too hard, etc.  If he redid them they would not match the walkways, with the new grass in we would not notice them, he would make them wider and charge us more $$, etc etc.." - David M.

The Judge did warn you that, you did not have a license to do the job that's over $500.00 and that you lead us to believe that you had one. When it comes to such a situation such as ours, there is no win win. Hopefully you have a license now, for if you got caught, that would not be a pretty sight. "Avoid. Selected Apolo and team as the higher bidder and did not haggle the price to help ensure job was done right. Contracted for a full relandscaping job. Too many issues to count, and repairs were never completed despite full payment of nearly $30k (my mistake there!) Irrigation pipes exposed above ground. Sprinkler and lighting wires laying on the ground as a trip hazard. Never tested irrigation resulting in numerous leaks that were never fixed even after several calls. Dumped bark over bare ground, no landscape fabric despite explicitly calling it out in bid. Now i have weeds everywhere. Will have to redo much of the job at my expense. No attention to detail, and poor workmanship. Poor communication, late start and week-long delays mid-job as crew was pulled off. Every week I find another hidden issue.
