After researching a few local turf businesses, I chose to go with TurfScapes of Arizona. Quinten was easy to speak with. No pressure. Initial meeting, Quinten arrived 5-10 minutes beforehand. All emails and texts were returned same day within the hour. Once we were on the schedule we received a day prior notification that the team would arrive between 7:30-8:00am. They arrived exactly at 7:30am! They worked hard all day and I had a new backyard (1100 sq feet) of turf. It looks great! They cleaned everything up. Even rolled my hose back up. "Pay attention to what they install Vs. what you pay for. Used this company 3 yeas ago and was pleased with their work. Decided we wanted to add more turf to get rid of the gravel. Asked for the same turf that we paid for (requested the turf by name because I still had the invoice showing "what I paid for".) It was brought to my attention I did not get what I paid for, but they installed a cheaper turf unbeknownst to me. I asked the sales guy what we do about it and he informed me they warranty for 2 years and its been 3. So my loss. Then I asked how I know I'm getting what I pay for on the next install. his reply "well I'm here now". They installed 60 oz. turf after we paid for a 90 oz. turf. Other than that, no issues with the Company. Just beware of getting what you pay for. I had no idea until their sales guy informed me I DID NOT get what I paid for." - Dianna R.

"Very unprofessional company. I had an appointment scheduled, never heard from them to confirm. Morning of appointment, I had to contact them only to find out that my $15,000-$20,000 budget was too low for them to even bother. They cited rising gas prices, however when the appointment was made, five days earlier, the gas prices were the same. I would not trust this company, they seem to only deal with extremely high budgets or locations within five miles of their base, even though their advertisement say the entire valley.👎👎" - Jane M.

"After three companies came out to give bids we decided to go with Noel's synthetic grass. We absolutely made the right choice! From start to finish they were easy to work with. The high quality american-made materials were installed with the greatest attention to detail. I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the work. The night after the install was finished we had a monsoon and I was amazed at how well the yard drained with the inch and a half of rain that we got in about a half an hour's time. Impressive! Having withstood the monsoon I am confident my yard will last as warrantied by the company. Again, I highly recommend this company. We are absolutely pleased with how our yard turned out. Besides the synthetic grass, they also did a great job installing the pavers. And again the detail was amazing on how each step was done correctly. "I had my backyard sod removed and replaced with artificial grass and pavers in Feb 2022.
Fast forward to about a month ago (March 18th, 2023) I reach out to Noel about leaking water under the pavers from a pipe he installed. It took until April 11th 2023 to get someone to come dig up and find out what was happening. Once uncovered it looked like the pipe he used had come loose and detached, causing the leak while the water was on. On April 13th 2023 Noel came and fixed the pipe. He mentioned he would be sending someone to fill the hole and put the pavers back the next day.

No one showed up the next day so I messaged/called and didn’t get a reply until Monday the 17th saying someone would come by April 18th.

No one has come by and now Noel is ignoring my text messages and avoiding my calls" - Carlos P.

"Ayo came on time to my house for an estimate, prompt and explained everything. This is the 3rd time having turf installed. So nothing new to me except company's don't stay in business long in this industry. After this I see why. All I explained to him was how I didn't want a seem or wrinkles. That was it. Had a border poured and waited 5 days for it to dry. Ayo cracked the curb never told me with his heavy machine. I had to bring it up after they were gone. They brushed the turf and when they left i went back hours later to show my wife, clear as day the seem was right there and looked so different, areas sunk, wrinkles everywhere. Set up a time for him to come only to see him pulling away, called him for him to tell me it looked fine. Dealing with him has been a joke. Hire someone else. Had other jobs lined up for him.
